As soon as we pulled up the staff treated us very well they helped grab our bags and place them on the trolly at the check in counter they were all very friendly and happy to welcome us after we got our key the man escorted us with our bags up to our room and unloaded them inside the really cool thing about this property is the conservation efforts ive never experienced it before or knew about it before we booked a room here the full power too the room is set up with your room key you remove your key all power is cut from the room meaning your not wasting electricity running air con or tv or lights not sure about location only good thing for us very close to airport and free shuttle offered with your stay the breakfast is worth the price especially if your 2 pax really good quality food at their restaurant they have a really delicious meal option for room service we got roasted or honey chicken seriously worth the price with rice for 100 peso our meal cost under 500 for 2 people with the 2 chicken dinners drinks club house sandwich and fries and a huge plate of butter vegetables every time we seen the staff they always greeted us and friendly they even brought up our coffee and bfast without asking I went up stairs my partner finished her bfast I wasn't feeling great and wasn't planning to go back down stairs happy they brought it up because it was yummy meal and I appreciated the level of customer service from the staff most places would just assume you finished and throw it away well worth to stay and reccomended 1 more thing this building has a generator we experienced a brown out and they fired it up right away

My 7 nights stay was really nice. Staffs were so hospitable, accommodating, polite, respectful and always helpful. Buffet breakfast was perfect for Filipino culture stay. Our room was spacious and comfy. Everything we need was at our fingers tip as this in the center of the city. I like that I didn't need to go out whenever I was hungry as there's restaurant within the facility. The tummy tea store in there is a plus wherein you can chill and relax sipping your yummy bubble tea.

The hotel is very close to the airport and also a short tricycle ride to a mall. The rooms are a bit old but it sufficed for an overnight stay. The room was kept clean and necessities were provided. Our booking came with a buffet breakfast which was great and the restaurant on the ground floor was nice for lunch and dinner as well. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.

Aside from the hole on the ceiling inside the shower area .. that looks creepy.. everything is fine.. just hoping that they take time to close the ceiling or atleast do something about it.. my kids are scared to go inside the toilet for that reason.. really looks creepy.. you can see the whole or frels like any moment.. sineone will pops out anytime from that hole🤭🥲
